Robert Maschio who plays the Todd on ABC’s Scrubs seems to have a bit of an anger problem. Last year at a Make-a-Wish Foundation charity event the Todd reportedly had too much to drink and erupted with rage at the close of the bidding in the direction of the bartender. Tom Binder, the tender, had either not recognized him or known who he was. At Binder the Todd apparently said “You don’t know who I am! I just raised $8,000 for this organization, you little piece of shit!” And at this point the Todd decides to grab Binder by his neck tie and strangle him whilst telling him they should take it outside. Why so you could kill him?

ABC will also be sued as Robert Maschio was seen at the event as a represenative of “Scrubs” and “ABC Network”.

Way to go the Todd. You should high five yourself in the face.
